By subscribing to Vardyn you agree to these terms.

Vardyn hosts a managed Discord bot and a branded website for your game server. Plans: Warden ($10/mo) and Overseer ($15/mo). Features may be added or improved over time.

• The Warden plan includes a 7-day free trial; you are not charged until it ends. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
• Subscriptions bill monthly via Stripe. Applicable taxes are handled automatically.
• You can cancel anytime from the customer portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. We don't provide prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.

• By providing your Discord bot token and game-server FTP details, you authorize us to use them solely to operate your bot and site.
• You confirm you own or are authorized to manage the Discord server and game server you connect.
• You're responsible for your community's conduct and for complying with Discord's and your game host's terms.
• No unlawful use, abuse of the platform, or attempts to disrupt other customers' services.

We work hard to keep your service running and to deploy updates without interruption, but the service is provided "as is" without an uptime guarantee at these price points. We'll always do our best and communicate during any issues.

To the extent permitted by law, Vardyn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior month.

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or fail payment, after reasonable notice where practical. On termination we delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
