What we sell

Vardyn is a monthly software subscription. You are paying for a hosted Discord bot and a branded website that automate administration of a SCUM game server you run yourself. Plans are Warden at $10/mo and Overseer at $15/mo, billed monthly through Stripe.

Free trial

The Warden plan includes a 7-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing at all.

30-day money-back guarantee

If Vardyn is not right for your server, tell us within 30 days of your first charge and we refund that charge in full. No questions and no hoops.

Email support@vardynbot.com from the address on the account, or message us on Discord. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and normally reach your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing. Your bot keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate part-months outside the 30-day guarantee above.

Renewals and price changes

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. If we ever change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and you can cancel before the new price is charged.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first. We would rather refund you directly than have you go through your bank, and it is faster for you.

In-game currency is not a purchase

Currency, shops, vehicle insurance, the casino and bounties are fictional gameplay features inside SCUM. In-game currency is earned by playing. It cannot be bought with real money, has no real-world value, and cannot be withdrawn, cashed out or exchanged for anything outside the game. There is nothing to refund there because nothing there is ever sold.
