Privacy Policy

Vardyn ("we") hosts Discord bots and websites for game-server communities. We take the credentials you entrust to us seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and server/community name.
- Integration credentials: your Discord bot token, Discord server (guild) and channel IDs, your game-server FTP host/username/password, and game connect IP. We collect these only so your bot can operate.
- Operational data: the gameplay data your bot manages (players, points, and settings), stored to run your service.
- Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
How we protect it
- In transit: everything is submitted over HTTPS/TLS.
- At rest: your Discord bot token and FTP password are encrypted with AES-256 before being written to disk. The encryption key is stored separately and is not accessible from the web.
- Access: credentials live on an access-controlled server and are used only to operate your bot and site. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
How we use it
Solely to provision, run, update, and support your bot and website, and to process your subscription. That's it.
Retention & your rights
We keep your data while your subscription is active. If you cancel, we delete your credentials and instance data within 30 days. You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time — contact us and we'll act promptly. You can also rotate any credential you gave us (e.g. reset your Discord bot token) at any time.
Processors we rely on
- Stripe — payment processing (their privacy terms apply to payment data).
- Our hosting provider — the server your instance runs on.
